Introduction

Welcome to Minhaj-ul-Quran International. By applying for membership, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before submitting your application.

Membership Types

Life Membership: This membership is for individuals who wish to join Minhaj-ul-Quran International for a lifetime with a one-time payment.
Memorial Membership: This membership is for honoring an individual who has passed away. The applicant must provide accurate details of the deceased.

Ideology and Mission

Minhaj-ul-Quran International is based on the divine teachings of the Qur’an and the instructions of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (saw). Our mission is to promote love, peace, tolerance, progress, modernity, and socio-economic justice and equality. By becoming a member, you align yourself with these values and commit to supporting our efforts to foster peace, prosperity, and welfare both in this world and in the Hereafter.

Eligibility

Membership is open to all individuals who are interested in the mission and activities of Minhaj-ul-Quran International.
For Memorial Membership, the applicant must be a close relative or have a legitimate relationship with the deceased.
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age. Minors must have parental or guardian consent to apply.

Membership Fees

All membership fees are non-refundable.
The fee for both Life Membership and Memorial Membership is a one-time payment of 100 EUR.

Application Process

Applicants must complete the membership form with accurate and up-to-date information.
Incomplete or inaccurate forms may result in the rejection of the application.
The membership fee payment of 100 EUR must be completed through the membership form upon submission.

Payment Process

The membership form includes an integrated payment section.
Accepted payment methods include:
- Credit/Debit Card
- Bank Transfer
- Other (please specify)
Upon successful submission of the form and payment, applicants will receive a confirmation email.

Rights and Responsibilities of Members

Members have the right to participate in all activities and events organized by Minhaj-ul-Quran International.
Members must abide by the rules and regulations set forth by Minhaj-ul-Quran International.
Members must conduct themselves in a manner that upholds the integrity and reputation of the organization.
Members must promptly notify Minhaj-ul-Quran International of any changes to their contact information.

Data Protection and Privacy

Minhaj-ul-Quran International is committed to protecting your privacy. All personal data collected will be used solely for the purposes of membership administration.
We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Communication

By becoming a member, you consent to receive communications from Minhaj-ul-Quran International including newsletters, event invitations, and other updates.
You may opt out of these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in the emails.

Termination of Membership

Membership may be terminated by the member at any time by providing written notice to Minhaj-ul-Quran International.
Minhaj-ul-Quran International reserves the right to terminate membership if a member violates these terms and conditions or engages in conduct that is detrimental to the organization.
In the event of termination, the member must cease all use of membership privileges and return any property belonging to Minhaj-ul-Quran International.

Amendments

Minhaj-ul-Quran International reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email or through our website.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions or membership will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the supreme council of MQI.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.

By submitting the membership form and completing the payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
