Minhaj-ul-Quran International (MQI) is an organization with active operations in over 90 countries, which works to promote peace and harmony between communities, while reviving spiritual elements based on the true teachings of Islam. MQI’s areas of work are broad and include both education and welfare in addition to the religious aspect. MQI has over 600 schools in Pakistan – this includes everything from primary schools, secondary schools and a renowned university – The Minhaj University. Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri is the founder of the organization which was founded in 1981.

We are committed to embodying and promoting the universal vision and values of MQI, which offer a comprehensive, peaceful, and accessible understanding of Islam. Our mission in Europe is to integrate as an active Muslim religious community within European societies, fostering harmony and positive engagement.
Since our establishment, we have been dedicated to building bridges between Muslims and the wider community through the fundamental teachings of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh), rooted in love, coexistence, tolerance, peace, and knowledge. At Minhaj-ul-Quran in Europe, we focus on upholding core Islamic values, maintaining a balance between traditional teachings and the realities of modern European life.
Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri
Shaykh-ul-Islam is a world-renowned authority on traditional Islamic teachings. Due to his thorough grounding in traditional Islamic teachings, he has acquired an interpretation of Islam that provides a comprehensive and refreshing picture of Islam to the modern world. Shaykh-ul-Islam is the author of more than 1,000 books, of which only 400 books have been published and published. With his 7,000 speeches and lectures in Urdu, English and Arabic, he is an unrivaled orator. The speeches cover a wide range of secular, religious and political topics.
