I congratulate Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri, workers, associates, and the members of MQI throughout the world on the occasion of the 40th foundation-day of Minhaj-ul-Quran International. Due to the dedicated struggle of Dr Qadri and his workers, MQI has come to a point today from where its message of love, brotherhood, and peace has reached the whole world. Hundreds of thousands of people have joined MQI and are busy serving the religion. MQI is a platform that has always talked about the core Islamic values of peace, interfaith and inter-group harmony, love, and human brotherhood. It has rendered exemplary services in the realm of welfare for the suffering humanity in addition to the promotion of the religious teachings during the last four decades. Wonderful educational institutions established by Dr Qadri including a University are doing a great national service under the banner of MQI that are imparting education to thousands of students. I pray for the health and long life of Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri.

There is no doubt about the fact that Dr Qadri has served the cause of religion by rising above any sectarian affiliation. Allow me to say that the services rendered by MQI are exemplary in every sense of the word. People not only remember these today but will also continue to do so in the future as well. Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri deserves to be appreciated for setting up this great institution which has benefited people by strengthening their bond with the religion. I think MQI is a distinguished institution that is doing amazing work. In my honest opinion, persuading future generations to Islam through logic, reason, and engagement is the best thing that MQI is doing.
